"In 2011, TEK Express was awarded our first outsourced support contract for managing the assets of our field based workers having always managed this in-house until then.
The tasks include device repairs, build, dispatch, collection and update of the inventory records. We reaped benefits almost immediately by reducing the downtime of our fieldworkers from up to 5 days to a next day response. This led to considerable savings and more importantly user satisfaction.
